SybaPro experiment trolley, 2-level, 6 sockets, 1250x1670x800 mm

Lucas-Nülle laboratory trolley

Our high-quality and mobile experiment and demonstration stand from the Lucas-Nülle's SybaPro series offers an impressive range of features including tremendous stability, more spacious layout, outstanding stationary and running characteristics, easy handling and virtually endless customisation and configuration options. With its four aluminium table legs and special frame and table-top fastening hardware, the trolley is designed to fulfil the most demanding requirements – and to simplify training in your laboratories and workshops. For a perfectly organised learning environment with a great deal of extra storage space, you can install suspended cabinets in the bottom of the trolley. It goes without saying that the trolley is compatible with all the components and expansion modules of Lucas-Nülle's SybaPro system and can be expanded with multiple modules.

Convenient learning thanks to extra-deep table-top and a shelf

  • The generously dimensioned, 800-mm-deep table-top offers you plenty of room to work while protecting your equipment at the same time: equipment no longer extends beyond the edges, so it doesn't crash into walls.
  • The storage shelf provides space for large peripherals such as PCs, compressors, lower cabinets, and everything else that you would like to stow – for a versatile and organised learning environment with lots of storage room and tidy workspace.
  • Thirty-millimetre-thick, highly compressed, multi-layer fine chipboard conforming to DIN EN 438-1 provides even more stability.
  • For the boards according to quality class E1 conforming to DIN 68765, you have the choice: they are available in many different finishes.
  • As standard, the boards are finished on both sides with 0.8-mm-thick and slightly textured laminate coating (Resopal) conforming to DIN 16926 in grey (RAL 7035).
  • The robust material guarantees long service life and is resistant to many chemicals, acids and bases.
  • The boards are heat-resistant: they are impervious to liquid solder or point heating caused by soldering irons, for example.
  • The table-top is framed with solid, impact-resistant protective edging made of 3-mm-thick coloured plastic, colour RAL 7047.
  • Coating and edging are PVC-free.
  • The dimensions of the table-top are 1240 x 30 x 800mm (WHD).
  • The dimensions of the shelf are 1155 x 30 x 445mm (WHD).

Solidity and stability thanks to a sophisticated base frame

  • Four lateral elements made of aluminium extrusions with multi-groove profile provide for symmetrical load distribution and increased load-bearing capacity.
  • Special frame hardware and redundant fasteners for profiles, casters, table-top and shelf provide extremely high structural stability.
  • Each aluminium extrusion has 8 equal grooves according to industrial standards (Slot 10).
  • The slot profiles provide for the modular expansion of your laboratory trolley. Installing industry-standard add-ons and attachments is extremely easy.

Sophisticated design for greater convenience

  • The two-level experiment frame comprises three cross-beams with aluminium H-profiles.
  • Natural brushed-aluminium profiles accommodate training panels.
  • Inward-facing brush strips ensure secure attachment and avoid noise due to vibration.
  • The free space under the transverse profiles allow for the installation of an additional power duct and the placement of standalone equipment.

Excellent stationary and running characteristics for maximum flexibility

  • Large, 100-mm-diameter casters, two of which have brake mechanisms, and special, high-stability caster frames give the laboratory trolley excellent running characteristics and outstanding stability.
  • Elevated caster sockets provide for a lower centre of gravity, greater stability and absolute security against tipping over.
  • Arrange multiple trolleys alongside one another easily, and without colliding with other trolleys or scraping against walls – the recessed casters make it possible.
  • The reinforced edges of the table-top frame surround the four load-bearing aluminium profiles on three sides.
  • The castors and the table-top frame are made of a stable, 5-mm-thick angled steel combination.
  • For the orderly arrangement of cables, a continuous duct with four openings to feed and pull cables is incorporated in the table frame underneath the table-top.
  • Four transverse frame angles (two left and two right) enable the installation of under-table cabinets.
  • The acid-resistant epoxy-resin coating makes the frame elements especially tough.

Accessories and other features:

Customisation options:
Customise your laboratory trolley with your company logo, engraved in the table frame (as standard: LN), and a broad range of colours and materials for frame and table-top boards and panels.

Power outlet strip with bracket
The six-fold power outlet strip with a two-metre-long lead and a Schuko earthed plug has a special fastening adaptor and can, as a result, be mounted in any position on the aluminium profile. As standard, the aluminium profile is mounted underneath the table-top.

Measurement lead bracket:
The measurement lead bracket is 200 millimetres wide with 12 cable guide slots to accommodate 48 4-mm safety measurement leads.

  • Adjust the installation height on the aluminium profile as needed.
  • Acid-resistant epoxy-resin powder coating, approx. 80µm thick, colour RAL 7047

PC fastening bracket:

  • An angle bracket with rubber stoppers fastens the (optional) PC from above.
  • Adapt the installation height variably to any PC housing.
  • Acid-resistant epoxy-resin powder coating, approx. 80µm thick, colour RAL 7047

Dimensions:

  • Table-top height 760 mm
  • 1250 x 1670 x 800 mm (W x H x D)
