Dobot MG400 robot with gripper and project plates
Project equipment for teaching the basics of robot programming.
Project equipment consisting of:
- 4-axis robotic arm
- 1 electromagnetic gripper
- 2 grabber jaws compatible with the container and car models
- 5 high-quality project boards with cutouts and printed project instructions
- 1 puzzle-shaped mounting plate for connecting additional robotic arms
- 1 storage box for accessories
- 6 model-scale containers
- 1 model-scale car
- 1 LED with mount and connection cable for connecting to the controller box
- 1 sensor tip with mounting box
Technical data 4-axis robot arm:
- Number of axes: 4
- Load capacity: 500 g (max. 750 g)
- Working radius: 440 mm
- Repeat accuracy: ±0.05 mm
Technical data Electromagnetic gripper:
The electromagnetic gripper is controlled via a controller box. The connection cables were modified and mounting brackets added so that the controller box can be attached to the robot arm. The gripper can be controlled via the digital output on the arm. The connection cables were configured so that they would not interfere with the programming process. Without these modifications, the gripper’s connection cables would have to be routed along the robot arm. This would cause the cables to get in the way, and the controller box would take up additional space on the work surface.
- Gripping force (per jaw): 3,5-5 N
- Opening/closing stroke (both sides): 4 mm
- Opening/closing time: 0.03 s / 0.03 s
- Weight: 200 g
- Communication protocols: DI/DO
