IMS 20 Guided Assembly Substation

There is a workpiece carrier on the conveyor belt. The workpiece carrier is positioned under the 'Guided assembly' station. An individual part can be separated from two magazines, sucked in and finally mounted on the workpiece carrier. Several sequences in succession are possible for assembling a product with a lower and upper part. The loaded workpiece carrier moves to the end of the conveyor belt where it is taken over by the next subsystem.
