IMS 17 Labeling
On the mechatronic unit, there is a workpiece carrier with a mounted block consisting of an upper and lower part. The carrier moves with the product beneath the labeling station. The station contains a label printer, which is controlled by a PLC to print QR codes onto stickers. These stickers are applied to the product using a suction device. Finally, the carrier moves to the end of the conveyor belt, where it is taken over by the next unit.
