Training contents continuous valve technology - proportional hydraulics

Lucas-Nülle offers you various workstations with grilles for the clean and safe reception of industrial components and various learning topics for imparting hydraulic know-how in training and further education. The standard components used at the workstation can be found later in their professional careers in machines and systems.

Learning content:

Through logically structured, practice-oriented exercises, the trainee:

•  understand the physical laws of proportional valves such as pressure difference, opening cross section and volume flow,
•  get to know and apply the legal requirements and safety regulations,
•  Use the most important symbols of proportional hydraulics, read the circuit diagrams,
•  get to know and understand the meaning and mode of action of setpoint setting, ramp function and signal sequences,
•  practice setting, commissioning and optimising an electro-hydraulic system,
•  determine characteristic values and derive characteristic curves from them.
