Course contents:
Be able to explain the concept of the "Internet of things
Configure a Wifi module via microcontroller
Creating an access point
Setting up Wifi networks
Setting up a web server on the Wifi module
Create your own component macros in flowcode
Compiling and debugging programmes
Creating user interfaces (web interface, html) for remote control of devices
Creating and testing microcontroller programmes:
Project Washing machine control: Remote control of speed and switch-on time of a motor via a web interface
Intelligent lighting project: Remote control and interrogation of LEDs via a web interface
Project Conveyor control: Remote control of a conveyor belt via web interface (optional, requires course CO4205-7W)
