Disassembly station for robots
Station for disassembling workpieces with the aid of a separate handling robot. The workpiece is clamped by a pneumatic cylinder then another pneumatic cylinder pushes out the bolt. The disassembled components are then placed in a prepared storage location.

To assure functionality and a long working life for pneumatic components and controls, a maintenance unit is required, consisting of: filters, pressure control valve with pressure gauge and lubrication.
