Fluid technology training systems with real Bosch Rexroth components

Lucas-Nülle has teamed up with Bosch Rexroth to develop new training equipment and courses which convey knowledge of and competence in pneumatics and hydraulics in a particularly realistic way by using genuine components.

“Our cooperation with Bosch Rexroth, the market leader in hydraulic components, guarantees the practical relevance of the systems,” explains Wolfgang Struth, Product Manager for Machine and System Technology at Lucas-Nülle. “This ensures that trainees are always working with the latest industry standard equipment.”

In practical exercises, the training systems can be used to take pressure measurements and display them in path-time diagrams. Interactive circuit diagrams allow the trainees to monitor which sensors, switches, and coils are activated. Animations in the accompanying multimedia course demonstrate the functions and sequences involved in hydraulic and electro-hydraulic processes. In addition, the UniTrain experiment board can be perfectly combined with this system and integrated into any classroom.
