Course Industrial Interface

The industrial interface enables you to control industrial components (e.g. electric motors, conveyor belts, etc.) directly by means of a microcontroller.

Includes:

  • 1 “Industrial interface” module
    • Galvanic isolation between microcontroller and industrial side by means of optocouplers
    • Signal level conversion from 3.3 V (or 5 V) to 24 V for digital signals
    • Signal level conversion for analog signals from 1 V to 10 V
    • Measurement interface, 4…20 mA
    • 8 x digital inputs/outputs, output loading up to 0.5 A (total load 5 A)
    • 2 x analog inputs/outputs
    • 4-mm safety sockets, terminal strips, M12plug connectors and IMS connection
  • 1 Adapter board 2 x HAR-FLEX/Sub-D25
  • 1 Interface cable, 25-pin Sub-D socket/plug
  • 1 Serial interface cable, 9 pin/9 pin, 1.8 m
  • 1 Safety connection plug, 4 mm, red
  • 1 Safety connection plug, 4 mm, blue
  • Labsoft browser and course software

Training contents:

  • Control of an industrial conveyor belt using a microcontroller
  • Programming for a simple "inching mode" implementation.
